MEWE organization chart, as shown in figure 1, is simple and project oriented. The managing board is fully involved in everyday activities of the company. Technical and Countenance managers work as deputies of the Managing Director.

The project managers have key roles in executive procedures of the company. Quality assurance, quality control and implementation of different management systems through “Management Systems” and “Quality Control” offices acting under Managing Director and his Technical Deputy.

Regarding the highly competitive market of consulting engineering in Iran, the “Marketing and Contract” office is responsible for presenting company’s strength and competencies to new prospects.

The countenance staff number is kept as low as possible by automation techniques and standardizing financial and administrative procedures.
